Dealing with the people in the community is horrible!! Give people a chance to be sneaky keyboard warriors and watch them snitch. Pay HOA’s for a poorly built house and a bunch of sniveling rats that want to complain about anything and everything. I’m going to turn my house into a section 8.
They are publicly advertising that we have a clubhouse and pool. We do not. The HOA took funds from residents six years ago, and they have yet to deliver.
