We lived here for 7 years. We went through multiple owners. Each time we thought it would get better. When we moved in the apartment was not ready. Floor tiles were missing. It was not cleaned or painted. We left for a 2 week road trip and was told they would clean and have it ready when we returned. We had to move our items out of the apartment into one across the hall.
