I had scheduled appointment made by my wife for us we went there nobody showed up for the appointment and everyone in the office try to hide simply didn’t care tried to call their number nobody picked up never gonna live there

I’ve lived in 9 rentals and this was the worst. I regret not believing the previous reviews. Don’t let the charm of the leasing agents get you like they did us! There are huge rats running around the ground floor patios and parking garage. Elevators are constantly out of order. Our storage unit was broken into and despite there being cameras, management refused to collaborate with police. Found out there is an unlocked door in 1st floor customer garage that takes you right up to the 2nd floor “secured” garage door, so anyone... read more

The apartments are often in disrepair and not maintained well. The office is almost never available when you call or even when you walk in. The elevators in building 1 have been out of order for almost a week with no updates or and sign that they are planning to have them fixed properly, which is no surprise since they have not had proper maintenance or inspection for over a year.
