I lived here for the last 6 years. I have to say the apartment manager David and landlord Ann and took my concerns seriously and fixed everything I needed. I did have an issue with a neighbor but they took care of it. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a place to rent! Oregon is a safe community as well so you don't need to live in fear!
We lived here for 4 years. Nothing but a great experience! Safe neighborhood and clean facility. The owner of the property has been extremely responsive and helpful through all situations! Would highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a new apartment!
HORRIBLE! I've called 9 times, that's right, 9! and sent 2 emails over a 3 month span. I've tried to get in for a showing and know a little bit about the apartments and no one has the decency to call back. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Things really need to change. I can't even begin to explain the frustration I have for this place. Wish I could do negative stars for this Google review because it doesn't even deserve 1.
