I have lived here for 6 years. The one Star scathing review given by Luke is completely wrong! There is no violence, break ins, or chaos here! The Village Apartments is a quiet and peaceful small complex. The rent is reasonable given that the buildings are a bit older. But because the buildings are solid concrete block, they are VERY safe during hurricanes. I live here for 4 years now and is amazing. Apartment are clean and well taking care off. The Landlord is amazing, friendly and super helpful with any problems you have. The maintenance guys always fix anything that you need and are efficient while doing so, good place to live.
Beware before purchasing a home at this mobile home park . 30 years term is actually 33 years . Ask for the print out of payment schedule . They will increase your lot rent about 160 per year . This is the second lot rent increase in 11 months . The park has water issues all the time . You’re always defending your home against roaches because other homes have them .
