I lived there for 3 years. the staff was great and so was the management.
Absolutely disgusting. Power problems, plumbing and water problems, roach infestation, termites, rot and overpriced for 750ftsq. High crime area. Bias and discremenatory policies. Regular vandalism, theft and violence and drunkenness from tenants. Vagrants constantly in the area leaving trash and messes everywhere. A retention ditch seperates this property from the neighboring apartments. It is filled with waste from litter in the runoff from the street drawing bugs and vermin.
