ROACHES, POORLY UPGRADED APARTMENTS WHAT A JOKE. MANAGER EVA IS RUDE AS IVE EVER COME ACROSS. PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A VISITOR. IN A ROUGH NEIGHBORHOOD. GHETTOLICIOUS.
Mold, cockroaches, stray cats, and incredibly rude staff. I wish I could give this place zero stars and believed the terrible reviews before I moved in two years ago. My experience at this apartment complex has been nothing short of a nightmare. First off, the staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Any time you have an issue, they treat you like a nuisance rather than a valued tenant. The property itself is infested with cockroaches. Beware of renting here they have black mold deep in the floors and walls when they repair they only make cosmetic fixes to the problem. and it’s made us very sick and we had to move . My baby’s lungs are still being treated for ongoing infections .
