Always helpful regarding our two cats, one young and one elderly.
Called in for a client and receptionist was very passive aggressive and basically said sorry the client can’t bring in their dog since he may have kennel cough. I’ve never heard of such a problem with a vet as they just keep dogs separate and sanitize upon leaving. They also wanted me to inform owners that they have an emergency coming in and I don’t feel it’s my place to do so. Unfortunately this Vet doesn’t seem very friendly to welcome a brand new client. The Docters at the Village Animal Hospital are great. They take in mulitple consderations depending on your animals age.
I brought Wiley, my cat buddy for 18 years. He was very weak from vomiting every day and eating less and less. I was sure it was time to say goodbye. Dr. Travis showed tremendous concern and proceeded to treat him. In a few short weeks and my Wiley cat is feeling much better and eating once more. I can't thank you enough!
