Dr. Segarra and staff are amazing. Kobi has been a patient of Dr. Segarra for almost 4 years now. The personal attention and care go way above and beyond. Dr. Segarra provides you and your pet all the time necessary to answer all questions. She truly cares.
We have been going to Dr Segarra for many years with our chihuahua and 3 cats. She is absolutely the best at explaining all the details and trying everything possible for the well-being of the animals. Unfortunately, our chihuahua was older and very sick, and we were making vet trips weekly, she was very communicative and understanding. I received the most heartfelt sympathy card from her and her staff at our time of grieving. I stumbled in here in search of a new kitten! The staff was very welcoming and did have a few rescue kittens!! I always went to a vet/kennel combo in case something went wrong, but often found my babies were not well taken care of and they hated going to the vet! Thor, my kitten, loves the staff, enviroment, and doesnt mind paying his visits! This staff truly is dedicated and willing to work with you! I couldn't imagine taking my pets anywhere else! Unfortunately, Otis is a " regular" as he's always into something. However, the staff and vet is always so kind, informative and work me into their schedule last minute. They always call me a few days later to check on my puppy and make sure he is okay! So sweet and I know they truly care.
As always very good staff and doctor. My dog loves going there! So do I ;)
