Love it
Clean. Mostly quiet. Safe. Can't find the dog park. On the search still. There's a dog wash station also. Large dogs accepted.
Decent place. Lucky to have a good neighbor (I had an end unit - so, only 1 neighbor). Maintenance wasn't particularly knowledgeable (I'm a certified tech - HVAC, electrical, etc), so I performed my own repairs) - no biggie. Only complaint is with management. After I fulfilled a 1-year lease & moved out, it was somehow decided I owed for grounds-keeping for an additional 3 months (when I did not live there). It's in litigation, and I ignore it. Es un lugar muy bonito y limpio para vivir, y lo más importante es que aceptan perros, tienen un parque para nuestros amigos de 4 patitas y los jardines los mantienen muy limpios
Nice and clean area to live! Up keep on the landscape is great and love the dog stations.
