Decent place. Lucky to have a good neighbor (I had an end unit - so, only 1 neighbor). Maintenance wasn't particularly knowledgeable (I'm a certified tech - HVAC, electrical, etc), so I performed my own repairs) - no biggie. Only complaint is with management. After I fulfilled a 1-year lease & moved out, it was somehow decided I owed for grounds-keeping for an additional 3 months (when I did not live there). It's in litigation, and I ignore it.
