I haven't even eaten here yet. They have been horrible with helping me with a reservation. They were booked the entire week I was planning on being in Park City. So I put myself on the wait list. I get an email space opened up and to go online and book it. By the time I got to submitting the payment. I got a message that said the space was no longer available. Chris was notified many days during the Christmas holiday of cancellations, not just once. He waited hours after notification without booking seats and openly promotes Open Table. He gave us the lowest possible rating on Yelp and Tripadvisor also because we don't use Open Table. Our website states that seats are booked on a first-to-book basis and that we never "hold" seats. I went while skiing in December. First the food and service are most excellent. Second, this may be the most affordable place to eat on any resort mountain. Great seating, nice and toasty inside. Unique food stuffs. And its not crowded!
