I was the defendant and opposing party in a contested TRO matter, Inna Guerin v. Vitaly Borker (FV-07-002277-26), and represented myself throughout the proceedings. After a full 5 hour trial, the Court ruled in my favor and DENIED the restraining order relief sought by the plaintiff.
