Sooo Nice And Welcoming!
I was a resident for 5 years. Wasn't that bad at first, but after switching property managers multiple times, things started going downhill quickly. From the steep increases in rent (My rent started around $950 and was about $1,200 when I left) to the increasingly loud neighbors, I beg anyone browsing here to look elsewhere. Apartment is very spacious and clean and includes cable and internet
I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews for this place and in spite of the negative reviews. I was trying to just give this place a chance, but after dealing with the office staff, I see why the negative reviews was What they were everyone in the office is very rude. They don’t know how to talk to people professionally and does not like people who ask questions regarding their own information.
