As a resident on the 3th I’m frustrated with the gap between what we pay and the poor service we receive. Key ongoing problems include: • Trash pickup only happens twice a week, despite being charged for 5-day service. When will people listen? Beauty really does come at a high cost, this place is proof of that, the view from my apartment on the top floor is probably just as breathtaking today as it was when I lived there five years ago, but the damage to my health from exposure to the toxic black mold imbedded in the structure of the building (4) at The Views has cost me everything. The manager of the apartments, Belinda Spencer is not a very pleasant person to deal with and has no empathy for the residents. She called me at 3:00 PM on a Friday and informed me that I had 24 hours to move my boat if I did not get a tag on the trailer. Being that I was notified very late on a Friday afternoon, it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a tag for the boat and trailer. It cost me over $1,400 to get my boat back.
