Where to even start. I lived here with my friend and roommate for 3 years and was sad to go. Our 2 bedroom was so spacious and modern. She and I were both plant people so the balcony/ views, were our big selling point when first signing on. However, Natalie became the real selling point. The View may be overlooked. Here since the re-model. You will be hard pressed to find walkout deck/outdoor space like this in SLC. Close to the UofU, downtown, neighborhood feel. Due to the construction, it's quiet between units! Natalie the property manager is the best when it comes to prompt replies and taking care of our building. She really does make a difference! This type of attention is rare with management companies in town.
Debbie and Jeff were great landlords and I enjoyed living at the Lanai!
Secure, clean, well maintained building. Great location. Large, quiet apartments with lots of storage. The onsite managers, Jeff and Debbie go out of their way to make people feel welcome. Quick turnaround time for maintenance issues. Heat and hot water are included, along with water, sewer and trash. I lived at the Lanai for 3 years and recommend it for the reasons above. Again, great location.
