I absolutely loved living at the View! The staff is incredibly kind and understanding, and they plan community events like food trucks and cornhole. I've lived at several apartment complexes in Reno, and typically I run into issues with management at some point, but I never did here! Parking is good, package issues are dealt with effectively, and inspections to the apartment are given with good notice.

The staff (both the office/management and maintenance) is extremely nice, with fantastic communication and speedy response to tenant needs. The units are maintained extremely well, and outfitted with quality appliances and tasteful fixtures (i.e. lighting, drawer handles, etc.) The shared facilities such as the pool, gym, and clubhouse are not only super nice and well maintained, they also have a very inviting and comfortable atmosphere. I’d like to shout out Jaymee, the manager. You can tell she cares about the tenant experience. The View is not perfect, but management and the employees are as close as you can get. We have lived in a few different apartment complexes here in Reno and living at The View is by far the best experience we have had. Thank you!

My partner and I have been living here for about a year and a half now, and this is hands down the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. The staff are the kindest and most understanding we have ever experienced, from the front desk employees to the maintenance employees. A special thanks goes to the manager, Jaymee, who has been incredibly helpful and considerate when it has come to any issue we’ve had while living here, whether big or small. I only have positive things to say about this place.
