Live here if you want to feel like a college student living in a dorm. Management watches everyone like a hawk to see if they break their laundry list of ridiculous rules. They have cameras everywhere and people who are friends with the manager (who are also extremely unpleasant) will watch you and text/call her if someone isn’t following their rules. The community is friendly. Some families so expect some noise at times. Management is very quick to respond, it makes a difference. 2024 Update after a couple of years. Management is still great. Lowering to 1 star from 5 because of rental raises, poor construction, and bad building design. Another rate increase spurred this update. Beautiful, large apartments, but you can hear absolutely E VE R Y TH I N G above you. Dogs barking and children screaming at the top of their lungs sound like they’re right in the apartment with you, and running at 9 pm vibrates the ceiling. Rent is over 2k a month, but the floors are paper thin. Right now, it’s 9:15, and it sounds like someone is climbing up a ladder, and launching themselves at the floor repeatedly, or pounding a hammer into the floor, while the dog barks nonstop. Very nice apartments and great manager. We were there a year before moving to Florida. Would rent again.
Great location, well managed and a wonderful transition after selling our family home.
