Good thing I checked before going to my appointment. previously booked an appointment and had them tell me the suite isn’t available when I arrived after rearranging my day and driving 30 mins. Garbage
We love living here! The people who live here are so nice it really is Community. We are close to everything, and we are excited to have our first summer here. Our pets have also been welcomed into the community which I never thought possible in apartment living. Avenue living really understands what a family consists of which in many cases includes pets. 💕
STAY AWAY, DO NOT RENT HERE. You're in for a long read ladies and gentlemen. Get your readers on, and maybe a nice bowl of popcorn.. but don't take my words for it - if you want a better idea of reviews simply search for Gill Village. They've changed the name of the building. The building is cheaply built, the elevators are shaky. The sales pitch didn't mention that visitor parking is paid (technically only first 30 minutes are free). The unit itself is beautiful BUT... When we were leaving the building after the showing, I ran into a tenant and asked how they liked living there. They said that their car got broken into a few days ago and the management couldn't identify the culprit as the cameras were not working properly. We spent at Avenue Living/The View 2 years. We called it home for 2 years. 😊 We were dealing with manager Christine King and lease specialist Charlene Read. Both were professional, helpfull and greeting us in the office with big smiles. The apartment was spacious, and the kitchen was equipped with stainless steel appliances, which was really nice. Thank you, Christine and Charlene, for great memories. Rasti 😊
