I would get this management team and this Avenue living a 0 star. Unfortunately that's not feasible. Please be for warned if you live with family members or roommate and pay the damage deposit and they're listed on the lease. The check has to be made out to apparently both of you or all 3 of you. And you don't have a joint account together. The damage deposit return is useless. The building also is not non-smoking.
