Date 08/26/25 How is your job to sit at a desk and answer the phone and you can’t even do that!? These ladies that keep getting hired and fired and hired suck at their job I watched them be in the office. Lock themselves in there and not answer the damn phone. These people are lazy worth nothing. They don’t do their job and what they tell you they’re gonna do something they are lying. I’ve been waiting on some damn pictures. It’s crazy.
Do not apply for these apartments! They’ll leave you with no AC for two weeks and not lose any sleep about it. Nobody’s ever at the office. You can’t ever get them to answer the phone. When the management is finally, there they locked themselves in the office and ignore you. They’re quick to charge you fees for everything, but you can’t get them to do their job. She dedicated several hours to assisting me with my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made a lasting impression, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience of working with her.
