Summary: Falsely accused my dog, no parking, and constantly closed amenities for events. 1. Falsely accused my dog of peeing in the elevator within a few weeks of living here with NO evidence. 2. Often close amenities at will in favor of wealthy clients or events with little to no notice. Even though we live here and pay rent.... Tenants are not the priority, events and the lucrative money they bring are.
I've lived here for a year and honestly can't wait for my lease to end. The worst part by far is the parking—it's always full, mostly because non-residents constantly use the lot and management does absolutely nothing about it. For the amount they charge in rent, you'd expect at least basic enforcement or at least some effort, but the leasing office never cares and is consistently rude when you bring up concerns. Horrible experience of living here for the past 5 months, so bad that we had to resort to breaking the lease. When we first moved in to a 2 bedroom apartment, the master bedroom’s AC wasn’t working properly/at all. In the 105 degree El Paso weather, the room was 100 degrees even when we put the AC temperature to 76 degrees. The apartment took 1-2 months to have contractors coming 3-4 times and they barely were able to fix the issue. The staff is only friendly and helpful when your signing the lease. Once you move in they are very strict with what they help you with. It's very expensive to live here for them not be more accommodating. I had trouble getting access to enter the building, they are charging me for an additional key for my daughter who left ves here with me,they didn't provide me my passes to the Elmont and had to pay for me and my daughter every time I've been there and management will not reimburse.
