If u need packages delivered here work related or personal good luck they have that “smart” access they will tell u delivery drivers have one click access don’t believe it it works sometimes your gonna be running around looking for a package left in some random spot or ur gonna have to go pick it up ur self that one click access works less than 50% of the time
I have only lived at Montecillo for three months, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. During this short time, we have gone multiple days without water, dealt with ongoing maintenance issues that remain unresolved, and now our air conditioning is not working with no clear timeline for repair. What is most frustrating is the lack of communication. Have been living at the View for 2 years, management is understanding and maintenance guys are quick. Shoutout to Athos at management, we had a hiccup with payments and he helped out greatly!
I have loved my experience here so far! Obviously a little bit on the pricy side but that’s just the El Paso apartment market. Great amenities, clean apartments, and I haven’t been able to hear my neighbors like my previous apartment. Washer and dryers in every unit. There was an issue with the water about a week ago which sucked but management compensated us for it even though it was out of their control.
