Update (Dec 2025): Elevator situation is better, there is less down time. The views are really nice and its located in a generally safe community. I have lived here since 2021. At this moment (Jan 2025), don’t recommend this apartment due to the long term elevator issues. At times you have to wait 10 minutes for the elevator, so add that to your commute time-if you’re trying to go anywhere. I’ll update again if things improve.
