I lived in this building for three years and, unfortunately, my experience was largely negative due to ongoing management issues. The two managers, Leah and Aida, were consistently unprofessional and often rude in their interactions. Communication was poor and concerns were handled badly, which made resolving issues frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone considering this building to look elsewhere. My experience here has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The property management is one of the biggest issues. Aida and Leah were consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unapproachable whenever concerns were raised. It felt like basic tenant issues were treated as inconveniences rather than responsibilities. Had the pleasure of staying here for 2 years. Thriving community of people and made friends in the city because I lived here. Adding a hyperlapse of the sunrise that I captured from one of the penthouse apartments on video.

Almost 2 years now and getting tired of the forever broken down elevators. I've waited over 15 minutes for it on multiple occasions to just go one way up/down.
