Please read before you consider this place!!!! There is something wrong about the new management at this place. As per multiple feedbacks from other friends who lived in this building: the management office is rude and always make sure to have everything in writing when you talk to them because they LIE. The elevators breakdown VERY often. Waiting time for the elevators can be long as well. Beware! Do not rent from here. My elderly mother rented an apartment here. We didn't have any pets or any kids in the apartment and always took our shoes off inside. Despite this, they charged us close to $500 to replace the carpet even though we had video proof that the carpet was in excellent condition. Management staff is horrendous and they will become combative and aggressive to their residents whenever an issue is raised. We had an amazing experience at The View Apartments! We were warmly welcomed for a tour even without a prior appointment. Colleen was incredibly helpful — she guided us through all the paperwork and made it possible for us to submit our application and move in that same weekend! The front desk staff are always polite and helpful, and the building itself is fantastic — well-maintained, with great amenities that truly make a difference in everyday life. We absolutely love our new apartment…
I have lived at The View for over a year now. I have had nothing short of a wonderful experience since moving in. Colleen at the main office has been a huge support through tours, leasing, and issues I’ve experienced since moving in. The front office team is responsive, friendly, and helpful. The maintenance team is kind and quick in their responses, and I have never had an issue go more than 24 hours without being resolved.
