Had the pleasure of staying here for 2 years. Thriving community of people and made friends in the city because I lived here. Adding a hyperlapse of the sunrise that I captured from one of the penthouse apartments on video.
Almost 2 years now and getting tired of the forever broken down elevators. I've waited over 15 minutes for it on multiple occasions to just go one way up/down.
I’d definitely recommend it if you want to be in one of the best areas of St. Louis. The location is honestly the biggest advantage—you’re right by Forest Park, close to tons of restaurants and coffee shops, and it’s super convenient if you’re working or studying near the medical campus. The apartment itself felt modern and comfortable, with updated appliances and a clean, secure building setup that made day-to-day living pretty easy. That said, it’s not perfect.
