The building is very clean as you walk in .. The Manager was in her office on main floor.. She was very helpful in sharing information about the building .. Knowledgeable and she was willing to accommodate a time to come and view the property.. Very pleasant and efficient..
I can't say enough good things about Shannon! As a property manager, she is hands-down top-tier—super responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents here. Whenever a question comes up or a routine maintenance request is needed, Shannon takes care of it quickly and efficiently without any hassle. She keeps the entire property running smoothly, communicates clearly, and always greets everyone with a friendly, welcoming attitude. It makes a world of difference having a property manager who is reliable, proact... read more
