Much thanks to Sharron for making the move-in as easy and seamless as possible. She is extremely helpful and understanding and very efficient at what she does.
The apartment was very clean and in good repairs. Hallways are well lit and wide. The office manager Sharron is always available for all the questions I have. Actually we looked at a few apartments before deciding to rent from The View of Charlesworth and Sharron was definitely the friendliest manager that we talked to. We’ve been living here for about 3 months now and have never had a problem with anything. Neighbours are quiet and respectful. Has elevators and in suite laundry which is a bonus.
Property Manager, Sharron, has gone above & beyond for me. She is an excellent Manager & has made Charlesworth feel like home to me very quickly
We love our new home at the View at Charlesworth! We moved to Edmonton from Toronto, and needed a place to stay ASAP, and Sharron was so helpful, and did everything to make our move as easy and seamless as possible, even allowing us to move in the same week as our viewing. Her communication is great, and is always kind, organized and professional. The Condo itself is also lovely, quiet, clean, and met our needs perfectly. The location is also great - being close to supermarkets, dentists, pet stores, and the main highway.
