The apartment itself is nice, but there are a lot of ongoing issues that make living here frustrating. First, there’s always at least one elevator out of service, and it can stay broken for months. Right now, we’ve been waiting forever for one to be fixed, and there’s no communication about when it’ll be working again. On top of that, the front door has been malfunctioning lately, and it either won’t open properly or keeps acting up. The amount of times there’s no hot water is ridiculous, neighbours above stomp their feet all day long and hammer/build things at 11pm regularly. The stairwell to the parking garage is absolutely mangled and hasn’t been repaired in months. Kids run and scream down the halls. The only saving grace is the apartment itself is nice. I don’t recommend moving here.
