Do not move here! They will nickel and dime you for everything after you move out. They charged me $125 to clean my carpet (which there was carpet ONLY in my bedroom) and charged me for a pet cleaning fee when I didn’t even own a dog. Apparently they think they can charge you for unnecessary things.
Review 1 of 2: Jacque DeVries is absolutely incredible. She goes above and beyond, and while her manager limited her ability to help 100% she still tried in every way. Jacque is the best person at this location and deserves a raise, and a promotion. If Jacque were the manager, I promise all your concerns would be legitimately handled with care and attention. RecommendedEverything! A wonderful complex with a great staff, great amenities and friendly people and atmosphere. The staff here is excellent including the maintenance, Bobby is exceptional, as is Judith the housekeeper! The office staff is as well, especially the office manager, Tracy! She is outstanding, personable, professional and friendly and does a fantastic job! I would and do recommend The View at Cascade to anyone looking for an excellent apartment complex.
Get a new management team!
The View at Cascade is great place to live. They are under new management and have brought in wonderful people! The community is beautifully kept and definitely has an "upscale" vibe. It has awesome amenities, and the cost for the location is impressive. Don’t understand why people have negative reviews on this place. 5 stars from me!
Such a beautiful property! I love all of the amenities and the the front office/ maintenance staff is wonderful! They are always so helpful and really make it a joyful place to live! I highly recommend.
