The new management at this place is horrendous and uncompassionate. They lack the ability to communicate important information, for example why the parking lot keeps flooding. A massive amount of people have been moving out due to this issue. Many people had their cars totalled. There was no response from management until prompted. They are also uncompassionate towards those who have been effected by this global pandemic and seem to add insult to injury by raising rates.
RecommendedI absolutely love living here! Being a member of The View Apartments has been live changing! They are warming and friendly here from the office staff to maintenance and the grounds keepers! The neighbors are caring and friendly! Definitely plan on making this place my long term home!
Over my 9 1/2 years living at The View Apartments, I've had several occasions to need the help of their Maintenance Department. They've installed a new hot water heater for me, fixed an occasionally problematic washing machine twice during those 9 years, installed a new toilet, and a new sink and sink cabinet in the bathroom, which involved reaching pretty far through the bathroom wall. My fiance and I have lived here for almost 2 years now and we love the amazing view we have from our exceptionally large living room window..This is definitely the place to see wildlife..the ducks are cool but seeing an actual Bald Eagle fly right by our window and swoop down for a fish in the river..no joke! We could see this up close..absolutely beautiful! It seems to be winter time when we see an Eagle..always look forward to winter! The view is NOT somewhere you want to live. They do not resolve issues in a timely manor and the space is not worth the cost. Very disappointed. For example, our friends have had mice for weeks with no resolution- they are moving out. We are also moving out next month- dog poop everywhere, horrible landscaping (we can’t even walk through to our door!) and the management has been a disappointment.
