UPDATE: Vida Mia claims they've issued the refund. The truth is they've gone to my bank claiming the "service" was indeed delivered and are rejecting my claim for reimbursement. What a shady, greedy company. As well are coffee cruise was also canceled on May 1, 2026 for our cruise on May 5,2026 with a polite email the company and saying the refund would be issued in 7 to 10 day and as of June 7,2026 no refund has been issued I would will be glad to do a follow up review if I receive my refund stating that I did receive it. Otherwise people BEWARE of booking with VIDA MIS COFFE CRUISE HAWAII

We booked the morning tour and were really looking forward to it. Then we received a very politely worded cancellation notice. And after that, we never heard from the company again (and didn‘t get the refund)… The Vida Mia was the only downside to our otherwise wonderful trip.
