I have been telling friends and other people about Tonia's Victorian Rose teahouse. Tonia's food, service and, just the very cute house, itself are a pleasure to experience. The waitstaff is quite excellent, as well as informative. You are surrounded by an uplifting, pleasant atmosphere. Also noted, other customers tend to be very friendly and strike up conversations, which I really enjoy!
Quaint little tea shop in downtown Rochester. A friend had a baby shower here, and it felt like the perfect spot for them to have it.
