My mom has lived in the community for almost 10 years & has made some good friends & appreciates the care all the staff provides: Becky, Doug, Jenna, Matt, Ghinna, the servers & cleaners & all the island health care aids. Mom especially loves the Bingo run by one of the residents & Horse racing. She finds it too difficult to go on the outings but they have those too.
Very well kept facility, staff are very friendly and easy to engage with. Services and activities are well thought out and well executed. Very bright and inclusive atmosphere.
Since moving there six months ago, my mom has truly come alive again. It’s the most social and engaged she’s been in over a decade, and it’s been wonderful to witness. She’s really enjoying her new home, and my siblings and I are grateful knowing she’s happy, thriving, and well cared for.
We are very happy with the care, cleanliness, and treatment we receive in this assisted living facility. Meals are wonderful, staff is very friendly, kind, and always willing to help. Events, sightseeing trips, Imax and lunch outings a favorite. We are allowed our pet. We believe it is worth every penny. All the staff and residents are friendly. Photos from mothers day brunch
When my Dad passed away I needed to move my Mother into Assisted Living. I called the Victorian at McKenzie. What a gem. An awesome community with incredible amenities and staff. Everyone was so friendly and Mat (Mateus) was awesome. My Mother is moving there next month and we couldn't be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
