First I want to start on a positive note, Gheena was wonderful as well as the residents themselves. We were trying to find the right fit for my father who was diagnosed with dementia, Matt met with us and told us about the trial option for situations like ours. understaffed. Samjam,the activity coordinator is amazng,always willing to helpand is friendly and cheerful,despite appearing to be doing 3 jobs at once.really nice garden area,very lovely.
Love living here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very disappointed in the meals because they are processed. Please have good fish and not bass, tilapia. Miss the bus.
My Mom lives at the Victorian on McKenzie and really enjoys living here. My Mom really thinks that her waiter Joey is a very nice young man who is very kind and goes the extra mile to help however he can. He always has a smile on his face. Cal says thank you Joey.
After visiting several facilities, The Victorian at McKenzie was the last place we toured—and it truly stood out. Gheena gave us the tour, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. My mother had a lot of questions, and Gheena answered every one of them with care. The building was clean, bright, and very spacious.
