The staff always treat my loved one with kindness and respect. In addition, they learn the residents’ names and call everyone by their name. All of the staff show so much patience with all the residents. The nursing staff provide the best care, and follow up checking on my loved one. My mom moved to the Victorian a month ago. Her transition adjustment has been a smooth one. Thank you to all the staff and home support team for making my mom’s transition to her new home a success. I believe this is possible with careful policy and kindness from the management and the respectful attentive service from the servers, creative tasty dishes prepared by the cooks and superb cleaning crew. All of you together make possible for The Victorian on Feltham an extra special place for my mom to call home!
We have been here for 4 months. What has made it special for us are the quiet grounds, beautiful lanscaping that does not make it feel like being in a city. The staff are attentive and provide 24 hour assistance. The Victorian offers health and wellness opportunities for the residents and is pet friendly. You get a sense of being at home.
My dad moved into The Victorian about a month ago after a long hospital stay. We were looking for a place that offered both independence and a little additional support, and The Victorian has been a good fit. A friend of mine moved to The Victorian on Feltham Road a couple of weeks ago. The experience has been wonderful from the very first moment we booked our appointment to tour the place.
