I have been a resident at the Victorian for 4 ½ years. I am generally happy with the layout of my studio suite and find the space adequate and comfortable. The weekly housecleaning service is very good, although the staff is often pressed for time to do a thorough job. The Atria management and staff are friendly, caring and thoughtful, always willing to deal with concerns. and offer support. After seven months living in The Victorian we can safely say that moving here has confirmed that is the best move we could have made. The management and staff members are the most helpful. We feel totally safe living here with the exceptionaly fine monitoring system.
My mother has been living at the Victorian since March 2020. She has a lovely bachelor suite with a balcony. The staff is lovely and very attentive. She loves to attend movie nights and the occasional afternoon tea party. When she was more mobile she spent many hours walking in the garden.
My Father lived at the Victorian on Feltham for 4 years. He said it was a god send moving there as he felt safe and connected to a community. The homey comfortable atmosphere was always welcoming and my Father made many friends. The grounds were beautiful to walk around, the neighborhood is quiet, the rooms are spacious, the food is great, and the smiles of those who live and work there say it all. Highly recommend!
Can’t say enough great things about The Victorian. My dad needed support and wasn’t able to stay alone in his home anymore. A friend recommended The Victorian and I’m really happy that we chose this place to be his new home. We find the staff very caring and helpful and the food is great! He’s meeting new people and really enjoying himself.
