My dad moved into The Victorian about a month ago after a long hospital stay. We were looking for a place that offered both independence and a little additional support, and The Victorian has been a good fit. A friend of mine moved to The Victorian on Feltham Road a couple of weeks ago. The experience has been wonderful from the very first moment we booked our appointment to tour the place. The staff is incredibly helpful, warm, and kind. They made the entire process very easy for my friend. She is having a great time living at The Victorian. I went there to collect the prize I won from Norman. Unfortunately, I did not get to see Norman. Melissa did the tour for us then served us lunch after. The residence was fantastic! I love the garden surrounding it. We certainly put it on top of our list as one of the best places to retire in Victoria.
We booked an apartment for my mom just through a Facetime viewing. The Victorian is everything we were promised on that meeting & more. Beautiful grounds, super friendly staff, very quiet with all the extra care that may be required available inside the building. Norman & Melissa were fantastic helping my mom get settled & providing support through her first week there. We highly recommend the Victorian!
My Mom Moira lived at The Victorian for 5 years and was very happy living there. She enjoyed the beautiful grounds and her comfortable and spacious apartment, the activities and lectures.
