Mom is having the best time here at the Victorian after less than 2 weeks! Super friendly and helpful staff, 3 meals a day and lots of activities including bus trips. Felicity on housekeeping! She's great too. There is a beautiful outdoor area with chairs and cover......Great to sit with friends and family. It already feels like home. Working at the Victorian at Feltham and shelbourne is a great place to work and all the staff and the residents are amazing and great people to work with , and getting to know all the residents who move into the best community building , being a housekeeper/ server to a great community.Everyone is always laughing and smiling thorough the busy and not busy weekdays and weekends .
The building is lovely and always very well cleaned, and I also find the garden to be beautiful. The location is convenient, which makes day to day life easier. Housekeeping has its days, but for the most part is okay, and I want to mention that Felicity, my housekeeper, is doing more than okay. The activities are nice, although I enjoy them most when the people I like are there. Overall, it is a pleasant place to live.
Tha building is great and very well taken care of. I especially enjoy the garden, which is awesome, and the pond is lovely. The location is very convenient with lots of stores nearby, amd since I am still driving this helps a lot. The housekeeping is mostly acceptable and Cindi, my regular housekeeper, does a good job. There are enough activities to keep me engaged and I am happy with them. I also really appreciate that the hot water works very well, almost instantaneously.
