This firm is a joke. Multiple times they failed to return calls and follow-up on time sensitive legal matters. I will be finding a firm that takes the law seriously.
It has been a nice experience having Victoria Li handle my living trust. She’s professional, sharp, and attentive to every detail. She’s also very efficient, responding quickly and addressing my questions with precision. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommended.
They made the experience slow and frustrating. Communication was poor and disorganized.
She didn’t take the time to explain the benefits of having a Will and Trust or how to understand the documents properly. It took much longer than expected to get the paperwork ready, and the instructions she provided for the next steps were unclear.
Outrageous. The receptionist simply flat out denied reviewing documents that I called to inquire about related to my parent's wills. Victoria Law Offices explicitly lists "Document Review / Elder Law" as one of their provided services. I very patiently and professionally attempted to explain what my need is and how that ties to the law office's list of provided services, but the receptionist simply restated that their law office does not review any document not created by them.
