Visited today and left frustrated. The food itself was fine — Jalapeño Burger and BLT were decent — but the service was noticeably lacking for a place that automatically adds a 20% service charge to every bill. Here's the kicker: that 20% surcharge ($12.80 on our $64 food order) goes entirely to the company, not the server. Meh food.
Although the food was good and so was the service, I did not appreciate the mandatory 20% service fee they charged to supplement the servers wages.
