One of my most favorite places to go!! Haley, Sonia, Kim and Simon are consistently kind and attentive. Food is amazing and the portions and just right.
I love dining at Victor! The restaurant has a laid-back sports bar atmosphere, which is great for watching Mariners or Seahawks games. I always enjoy their salads and appetizers, the polenta bites are one of my favorites. They have a great drink selection, and I love that they have local Yonder cider on tap. Their bar is decently sized and a great place to hang out, the servers are always very friendly. The restaurant is centrally located, with street parking in downtown Edmonds.
Update: the food quality is extremely underwhelming and overpriced. There’s a ton of potential but without good food, it’s just below average. Really nice servers and good service. Previous review 11 months ago: Since opening, the quality of the food has seemed to drop off and doesn’t line up with the prices. We’ve been pretty disappointed the last few visits, hope things turnaround.
Haley is the quintessential Server, Host, and Bartender. No wonder she is now the Manager! Warm Hospitality she offers.
What a let down for such a beautiful new place. All on the check, and not on the plate. Sunday afternoon the place was nearly empty. Slow acknowledgment of customers. Maybe they were annoyed that we sat ourselves at the bar? Really slow follow up for food after drink order. Servers doing a lot of chatting amongst themselves.
