This was my first ever apartment tour, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The front desk was super warm and welcoming, and Henry Pinney, the self and marketing associate, was amazing. I was pretty clueless, being new to this big step, but Henry made it so chill and informative. He walked me through three different apartments, and honestly, I loved each one. Sharp decline after management change Since the recent change in management, the quality of this apartment complex has gone significantly downhill. The most immediate and unacceptable issue was the lack of communication and response during a snowstorm. The parking lot was not plowed, there was no email or notice sent to residents, and many of us were left to shovel our own cars out on our own. Henry was great! Very informative and attentive. Overall a pleasure to have toured the property. Really appreciate him taking the time to answer all our questions.
Patrick is truly an asset as the head concierge for The Victor. His personality traits are well served in this diverse population of the people who reside here. He is attentive and I always get assistance with packages and the conversations we’ve had as I get my morning cup of tea. Always. What a difference a year makes…. Patrick is gone. Amenities are lacking and yearly fee keeps going up even though it says One Time Amenity fee in lease. Now up to $350 for the year.
