This place is not safe-water, mold, smell wise. If you move here - double check your lease for errors and hidden/new fees. These are not luxury apartments. Everything is old - like very old . Don’t you dare move here!!!!!! I would strongly recommend thinking twice before moving here. My experience with this apartment building has been extremely frustrating. There seems to be a false or unnecessary fire alarm almost every month, often in the middle of the night. These alarms repeatedly wake me and my family up, and I have to get my children out of bed and take them outside in the overnight weather. 1-Star Review — DO NOT MOVE HERE Living here has been an ongoing nightmare, and I would seriously warn anyone considering this building to look elsewhere. Almost every month, we are being woken up in the middle of the night by what appears to be a false fire alarm. I have children, and when these alarms go off, I have to wake them up, get them dressed, and take them outside in the middle of the night because we have no choice.
