If you move here - double check your lease for errors and hidden/new fees. These are not luxury apartments. Everything is old - like very old . Shocked they get away with what they charge. Bozzuto was recently sued by the NJ attorney general for price hikes and is going to have to answer in court. This was the place to be maybe 22 years ago; which is when the appliances are from. Just came from a tour with Nina. We were excited to see all the lofts had to offer and Nina did not fall short of any details. We never felt pressured or rushed. Thanks again Nina you were great , we will be in touch soon to sign that lease.
The apartments are as advertised. Good location if you work in the city of Camden or commute to Philadelphia.
This is what I moved into. I could cry because I am paying market rate for this and the ac is so weak 75 and the thermostat has been on 61 since 10:15 am.
