DO NOT rent here if safety matters to you. I called The Lofts @ Stadium Square while urgently searching for housing for my daughter and had some important questions about availability and tenant safety. During that call, I was shocked to learn that they have no problem renting to registered sex offenders. The only pros? It's relatively quiet and there's some shaded parking around. The downsides? Everything. Every negative review here is true. Cockroaches; better get used to them as being roommates that don't pay rent. All they do is paint over everything; any mold or cockroaches are simply built over LOL. This place loves to charge phantom fees and crap long after you've already paid your bills and rent.
Very bad roach infested Don’t trust good reviews suspicious area Always maintenance going on so there is always tools/ stairs in the walkway, mold in the sinks, a lot of hidden fees after base rent. Will never move back.

We’ve been here almost a year and we are happy with our apartment. It’s a pretty quiet area and this is definitely the nicest apartment on the block. Staff is super friendly and always doing little community events and bbqs for the complex. My son loves popsicles from the office
