I've lived at the vicinity for a little over a year and have had an absolutely wonderful experience! While the apartments and common spaces are great (very clean, well maintained, etc.), what has made my experience a 5/5 is the management team. Huge shoutout to Shalon for always going above and beyond to ensure our experience as tenants is exceptional!
As a resident at The Vicinity, I truly appreciate the exceptional service provided by the team at my apartment building. The management and office staff are incredibly accommodating, always willing to fax and copy documents for residents. Their prompt and friendly responses to emails and phone calls make living here a pleasure. A huge shout out for our manager Shalon! I loved living at The Vicinity! The complex was always clean, and the amenity spaces are beautiful. The common spaces are especially great if you like to host: Plenty of room, grills/kitchen appliances and nice views from the rooftop/"The Hearth." Communication from the front office was always timely. Shalon is AWESOME and would always help with questions and packages, plus she is very friendly.
