A lot of issues happened during my stay the power went out as well as the heat. But the front desk staff jumped on it. Did everything they could to help with stay. Staff was great.
Nice, clean rooms / bathrooms with spacious showers. Quiet spot ( offseason), affordable, and accommodating staff. Within walking distance to the beach, bars, parks and Wildwood convention center.
Came here around Christmas so I had to respect the fact that it was the off season and the holiday. For that I am adding a star from what I planned on giving them. I stayed here for two weeks in a suite. All of my complaints throughout my two weeks revolved around service. I felt out of touch with the staff. Upon check in, the room was not stocked up with many things one would expect. I was able to obtain these items later through a few phone calls. I truly have nothing bad to say about this place. I had a peaceful Christmas Eve here and very welcoming. Location is perfect. Walking distance to stores, boardwalk, restaurants, and riding bikes. No matter the weather it’s always beautiful just to come out. I definitely would come again. Balcony was a surprise and I was extremely happy. Got to sit out there and just watch the view. This is a really therapeutic for me.
