The Vibe truly is such a wonderful place!! It’s one of the few places that not only includes all body types, but CELEBRATES all body types! I’ve gained so much confidence since I started going 4 months ago. All the instructors make exercising fun AND accessible for all body types and ages, providing modifications for dance moves that may be harder for some! I love it here at The Vibe, and encourage anybody to come!!
this vibe has been a saving grace for me ! i am always so afraid to go out anywhere to exercise because i get so scared to get judged ! but the vibe has been nothing but amazing ! good vibes , judgement free , and the best instructors ! i love the vibe !
THE BEST PLACE! The women here are so uplifting and encouraging and it’s such a safe place. I love the Dance Fitness classes so much and The Vibe is a place where it’s so okay to be a beginner and just have fun. I was so nervous for my first dance class, but quickly felt so comfortable with their encouragement and kindness! If you’re looking for a place to be hyped up and a great place to workout, this is the place! Thank you to The Vibe for what you’re doing!
