Jenna is an angel. Had my first cut at this salon booked with her after my normal stylist (at a different salon) stopped doing hair, and she immediately made me feel comfortable and took the time to consult with me and come up with a plan for my hair that suited my wants and needs. I have never had a stylist put the amount of care in to a cut that she did, and I genuinely felt like a million bucks after leaving the salon. I moved to Cambridge and within a week my hair was destroyed by bad cuts. Fran, I can' t thank you enough for your patience, careful cuts, and kindness. You helped me reshape a bad short cut, which is very hard to do!!!! I appreciate you so much. The salon is so freakin' cute, the staff is friendly, and I'm thrilled to find them. The Vibe Beauty never fails to disappoint. The girls here are absolutely amazing. They really give you their undivided attention while you are in any of their chairs.
