My experience has been absolutely amazing here at Milo Bayside Apartments. The Office staff Joan, Giovanni, and Lamar have made my transition here so easy. The Complex is being totally renovated into a beautiful place for anyone to call home. The pools are amazing, the grounds are clean, quite and well kept. Also Dog's and cats are welcome. I truly hope to call Milo Bayside Apartments my home for the foreseeable future. You definitely get your money's worth here. Now it's time to head to the pool. Hope to see you there.
Toured the property with Joan who was great, she was able to answer all of my questions. The property looks well kept up, close to all my shopping needs as well. Good job to the whole team!
Just recently moved in (06/15/26), and I can honestly say my experience here has restored my faith in renting in St. Pete. I just moved in the beginning of may and the whole staff is very nice, they are able to work with you, and I love the amenities! Love the area, everything is so close by and walking distance as well. The apartment is spacious, I’ve had no problems very smooth for the time I’ve been living here. Ask for Giovanni! Hes great, very good customer service! Thankyou guys
