We moved in about a month ago but throughout the entire process, Giovanni, was such a help. We toured virtually with him twice, months apart and ended up finding one that worked for us! He answered all of our questions quickly and honestly. We have made one maintenance order (nothing serious), they came within 2 hours, and were out in under 5. Good location not far from downtown, lots of surrounding grocery stores, gas stations, markets, and Tampa.
Excellent customer service from Lamar, Reginald, and Giovanni. The leasing office was clean, and decor was magnificent. Lamar is the assistant community manager, and seems to be showing exceptional leadership skills based on my observations and the professionalism of the staff. I felt such a positive vibe there.
My experience has been absolutely amazing here at Milo Bayside Apartments. The Office staff Joan, Giovanni, and Lamar have made my transition here so easy. The Complex is being totally renovated into a beautiful place for anyone to call home. The pools are amazing, the grounds are clean, quite and well kept. Also Dog's and cats are welcome. I truly hope to call Milo Bayside Apartments my home for the foreseeable future. You definitely get your money's worth here. Now it's time to head to the pool. Hope to see you there.
Toured the property with Joan who was great, she was able to answer all of my questions. The property looks well kept up, close to all my shopping needs as well. Good job to the whole team!
