Updating my review for a third time: We had a major problem with the old manager which stemmed from months and months of unresolved work orders. Chris Hunt in the office worked with us to do everything he can to make things right with us and get my family into a new unit.
Redecorates a lot but manageable place to live. Also a lil fussy but not that bad for a previous solider. Hard to find the building but other than that it's above average.
Literally when I was trying to go into the leasing office, they have the doors locked while they’re supposed to be open person in management was there and was taking a nap and acknowledged that we was outside and still did not open up the door have a tour and wanted to see if this was my future home but I guess not
One of my main concern is maintenance on my apartment, which is horrible. My electric went out during one of coldest weekends in Florida, in not one response from maintenance. Truly unacceptable!!! I advise anyone who wants to live here, don’t waste your time. Unbelievable I’m in my apartment with no electricity and it’s all because my breaker box blow a fuss and not one response from maintenance to help with this extremely situation.
