CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!! Months later, we have still not received any response from Lurin (management company), despite numerous attempts to contact them through every possible channel. At this point, we have hired an attorney, filed liens, and will be pursuing further legal action if payment is not received. Contractors — beware. Do not do business with this management company. Their reviews (lurin capital) speak for themselves — they do not pay their vendors. We provided all of their plumbing work, across multiple properties.... read more
If it was possible give this place zero star I would landlord treated people like crap they never give anybody a heads up when the hurricane flooded out the apartment and the people who was working on the building got treated poorly didn't get paid for their work One night a homeless person walked right in an apartment next door because the people work there didn't bother to lock it it wasn't taking any responsibilities of other stuff was going on
Very bothered at this place. Set an appointment online when they reached out to me when I was inquiring about an apartment here in St. Pete. I am only in town 2 days to find my apartment and when I showed up at my scheduled time, I was told it was AI who set that appointment, and the apartment complex was going through ownership changes. And there were no showings going on. I traveled 500 miles for this? Thank God I have many other tours for today. I'm taking it as a gift from God. TRUST THE REVIEWS & DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!! I lived here and had to leave early because it was truly GROSS. The grass is barely cut, maybe once every five months. There is dog poop everywhere that never gets cleaned up. The entire complex smells awful and is filthy. I was on the 3rd floor and people smoke cigarettes,weed, etc and it goes up through the vents and our whole apartment smelt like it, it was AWFUL.
