Si desean rentar acá. Tengan mucho cuidado. Yo viví un año y desde el primer día me estuve quejando por el mal mantenimiento y estado del apartamento por dentro. Al momento de entregar el apartamento, en vez de regresarme mi depósito , me cobraron 100 que según ellos por daños , pero en realidad lo entregué tal y como ellos me lo dieron. Ladrones y mentirosos e inresponsables. Hay un Dios que se llama Jehová, que todo lo vé y el es testigo de esto que estoy comentando ahora mismo.
Muy mal lugar siempre me quieren cobrar mas de luz por que no gasto. Soy una persona ahorrativa de energía, salgo de mi casa alas 7a.m y regreso alas 9pm solo practicamente a dormir. Y dicen que el contador esta malo, y me cobran mas. ahorita tengo casi 3 meses que las tuberias estan malas, me dijeron que no use el molino de comida y la diswasher. New management refused to acknowledge previous contract with old management and tried to double the rent on us! When we tried to say no they said we would be breaking a lease by leaving without notice even though they refused to acknowledge the previous lease! Got out of there immediately, will never rent an apartment again because of them. Denise was the worst
New management is awesome , thank u denisse (administration). Things had changed a lot .
