This office represents several properties, yet the level of organization and professionalism is shockingly low. The experience with the management office at this location was frustrating. Calls and text went unanswered, and there was a clear lack of accountability or compassion for residents genuinely trying to resolve issues. I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex. During my initial tour, I was transparent about having a collection on my credit report, which I am actively paying off and can provide documentation for. I was told that this would not be a major issue, as they had worked with applicants in similar or worse financial situations in the past by offering options such as a higher security deposit or a co-signer. Nice complex and courteous office staff; unfortunately, a couple residents continue to litter the property with trash and pet waste. Giving hood vibes.
