The apartment was supposed to have been remodeled. Upon the move-in nothing was completed. No running water appliances exposed gashes in the walls broken front window broken mirror in the bathroom unfinished tub and fixtures no dishwasher as promised tile coming up from floor which was brand new tile. No walkthrough was provided. Property management is poor! They demanded a $1,000 security deposit up front before the apartment was supposedly remodeled. Run from this place do not rent here they are slumlords!
ALL TYPE OF BUGS IN APARTMENTS They payed there tenants to write reviews but to try to uplift the apartment to charge more rent when in reality the property’s not worth 1000$ a month every couple of nights there helicopters and police looking for people in here the maintenance does not care about anyone there only repairing apartments that are filthy and moved out tenants everything else is the same the pools are both dirty the parking lot
