We initially contacted Simon to identify the cause of a leak and fix it. The cause was identified after thorough inspection including using a drone. The work completed included hacking off old damaged render, replacing lead work and rendering then painting a wall. Once the old render was hacked off, old damaged wooden lintels were uncovered which we opted to replace whilst the render was off. Simon also competed this for us. Amazing communication and in depth report
Simon initially came to my property to investigate a damp area on an external wall. He carried out a full survey and explained thoroughly what was needed to fix the problem. He then came at a later date to carry out some of the repairs, this included some very messy and dusty work. The job itself was completed to a high standard and the area was fully cleaned by Simon (which was fab because I thought I'd have some cleaning to do after a day in work myself). Had some plastering work done recently and it was a superb job. Tom and Simon were great and the workmanship is class.
