The pictures show this better than it is. Stayed 2 nights. It felt dingy and dirty. Not very well lit. Carpets have stains in the rooms. Our toilet was actively leaking. The rooms have an overwhelming perfume scent. The decor was neat. Gym had water leaking from ceiling into multiple buckets. Staff was kind. Overall it was meh….if in the area again would look for a different hotel. This hotel has so much potential to be epic but it needs TLC
We enjoyed our stay. Our room did not have a microwave or a refrigerator. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
The Verve is a lovely hotel with a great location and very helpful and nice amenities. What has made it outstanding, beyond the above, was the great warmth, kindness, helpfulness, and very pertinent information provided by Zena! She warrants five stars in every aspect of her position!
