The Verve is a great place to live, the apartments are spacious and nice. Pretty quiet neighbors when I was living there! The owners are very kind and communicative. Maintenance is always very quick to come check out any issues you may have after sending in a maintenance request. Definitely would recommend these apartments!
I cannot say enough good things about this complex. Rob is by far the best maintenance person I have ever had at an apartments. He always listens when you bring up possible concerns, fixes things almost in the blink of an eye, and also informs you of processes or other things that has to be done. (Our air conditioner was leaking and not only was he fast and efficient at fixing it, he talked to us about possible causes etc so we were just more knowledgeable.) I lived here for three years and had a great experience, the apartment complex was never dirty or crowded, they are willing to be flexible with your move out date in the event that it doesn't line up with your new place if you have one, very thankful the owners were always communicative anytime a problem occurred and would solve it quickly
They will take your money for application administration fee and need refund it if denied or answer the phone..BEWARE!!!!!!
I lived at the Verve for 2 years and absolutely loved it. The owners are very personable and beyond helpful, they always have a solution for what you need! They are quick to respond to anything you need and are very accommodating. The apartments are well taken care of. I will forever be great full for the experience they gave me at the Verve!
