EXCELLENT! Darren (sales) was honest and extremely helpful. We initially wanted to extend hardwood in one area instead of carpet, but Darren consulted with others to verify that the new wood would not hold stain at the same rate of old wood so the end result would not be satisfactory. We ended up spending less to go with carpet due to his honesty. The installers (Ron, Tom and Jeremy) were fantastic. Seams are perfect and nearly invisible in carpet, no damage to baseboards or walls, complicated curved staircase looks fabulous... read more
