Well, after reading all the bad reviews about this dump sounds like they all in for the money and there's a bunch of scammers. I will not be renting from this place. Thank you for the true reviews what really got me is when the person said they family spent over $3,000 in toll-free. This apartment complex need to get it together or you will never have renters unless somebody is really desperate !!
I was supposed to move in on 3/29/25, was not able to due leasing office not scheduling a walkthrough of unit or a cleaning. I had to get a hotel and was never reimbursed for my lodging. I was moved into a unit with a broken washer/ dryer for (over a month) which the technician tech told me was the last tenets issue and management was aware and still put me in the unit. My unit has a leak in the celling in the bedroom in my closet of all places And it looks like most of the units have been abandon due to squatters or other b... read more
Please avoid moving into these apartments if you can help it. This review reflects not only my personal experience but also that of several other tenants who’ve lived here and voiced the same issues. Let me start with the leasing office: Communication is poor, and the staff do not take tenant complaints seriously. Was so excited to move in and live here with my family until it took them two weeks to process my application (told me it only took 2/3 days) only to denied for "credit experience" when they specifically stated that credit DID NOT matter , we would still have an opportunity to get approved.
