Vero served me well for over two years. My reason for leaving was to live near my daughter.
My father-in-law recently had a wonderful stay at The Vero. They went the extra mile to make him feel welcome and part of the community. They do this for all residents. The staff is very caring and very attentive. (We loved that.) In addition, the place is just gorgeous. My husband Frank and I recommend The Vero highly. Five stars, absolutely.
Vero Personal and Memory Care have both been exceptional for my mother. The staff from the front desk, sales, dining, housekeeping, and health care are very committed and compassionate to my mother as well as to family members. They really give the family reassurance and are always available.
As a healthcare professional who has to deal with this establishment on a clinical level, please dont place any loved one here in this location as they are impossible to get in touch with. Our office has called about multiple patients all different times of day and the nursing staff is never available I have currently been on hold for 9 minutes waiting for the RN the receptionist says there is only 1 nurse on duty, and the DON is always unavailable because she stays in a meeting.
