Tried to call. Was offered the option of pressing 1 for new service or 0 for other. I pressed 0. I was treated to a recording telling me they do not do service calls and do not call back because my number will be blocked. Terrible service. Terrible. Can't even reach a real person just to ask a simple question.

I went to the Verizon store with my elderly mother - to move her phone to my account. Willie took care of us, patiently answered our questions and gave us information on all of the plan options. He was wonderful and we didn’t feel at all rushed. I wish there was a 10 star rating going there and working with him was a fantastic experience!!

They list themselves as a cell phone store but ONLY handle internet services, and ONLY for new customers. I didn't know this until I called to get information. The guy was rude, and after telling me "this line is only for internet" hung up on me.

Constantly hung up on while placed on hold. Tried 5 times and was hung up on each time. Very poor. Would rather drive to Topeka or wichita than deal with this location
