I have been to housing projects that have better customer service than this place. If you're thinking of moving in, don't. Run far, far away. I thought when I moved in here that this would be the perfect place to live while I finished my college degree, and instead it's been a nightmare. Most of the tenants are young college kids whose parents pay their rent. They are disrespectful, loud, and many of them use drugs. I enjoying living at the Grove in Asheville. When I went to look at the complex the staff was very friendly and took me on a tour of the 3 bedroom and the 2 bedroom. I didn't want to be in an apartment that had a cat living there before I moved in and the property manager mad sure that I got what I wanted. I knew it was a n easy choice when I decided to move because the complex is close to my job and to downtown. Everything has went very well since I have moved in.
