**UPDATE 6/18/24 *The office constantly emails mentioning incentives, “community points & raffles”, for good reviews. So 90% of these “5 star” reviews are more than likely unrealistic and/or they haven’t been around long enough to be true and honest. We are a family of four with a puppy. Two very active young boys. The community has a nice playground and dog run to help with those needs. The path by the golf course is an added bonus. Centrally located for everything we need. Spacious living environment. Staff has been amazing with helping us make the move-in seamless
Nice secure if you have the money its well worth it
Like many other here, I too have to reduce my star rating after writing glowing accolades in the past. I still think that Verge is better than many other housing situations in SoCal, which range from "deplorable" to "unsustainable to human life." However, there are some glaring issues that management needs to work out. I live near the pool area and there's loud noise from screaming children late into the night, sewage from other units dumps onto my porch (the pipes are built this way), and I've lost numerous packages due to ... read more
