Alec Ceballos & Jessyca Apodaca were very helpful with my move-in and are both veey nice!
Have lived here about a year and a half and hoping to move soon. The area itself is very convenient but management is difficult. Constant “updates” on their insurance requirements. Maintenance is practically non-existent. We moved in an went over a month before our washer was usable. Cabinets and door thresholds are falling apart. When our water heater went out we called the emergency maintenance number, were told this was in fact an emergency and somebody would be out. Went on a mediocre tour. When we pulled up there was a lady smoking a cigarette on a golf cart driving around the parking lot. Office personnel seemed like they didn’t want us there. Argued about who would take us in the tour and who would get the commission. I guess if you really needed somewhere to go it would work.
I just moved into the verge for the second time. Medina in the leasing office rocks and was very flexible with all our needs and questions. She even completed her own walk through before she handed us the keys ensuring it was clean and ready for us. The maintenance team has been top notch with fixing and replacing things in the unit and going above beyond the maintenance supervisor.
