I've lived at 750 Summer for almost 2 years and it was everything I could ask for in a rental apartment. I was relocating to Stamford for a job opportunity in the dead of winter and needed to find housing rather quickly. Adam from the leasing office showed me this place on a walk-in basis. The application was a breeze and I just moved in today. The location is fantastic and the community is clean and well-managed. I also got a great frontier internet deal from the building that Adam helped arrange.
My wife and I have been resident at 750 Summer Street for the past 3 years. During this timeframe , we experienced a lot of change from ownership group , management, and maintenance. I can honestly say that the past two years the management group (Chris Douglass previous manager ) and the (current manager Adam Randall) are customer/tenant focus. The choice to move into this building was a good one. The amenities, and the staff are outstanding. To name two individuals that have been incredible with their help and efforts are Adam and Miguel. Adam has been so genuine and honest, he knows everything about the building and is always happy to help, and Miguel has been so helpful and generous. I recommend this building not only for the space but for the kind staff!
I have been living in this building for almost 2 years now and I want to say this is the best apartment building in Stamford. And what makes it best is not just the amenities offered , or the apartments itself, it’s the responsiveness of the management.
