The building itself and units are great. However, the management and snow removal crew come off as barely trying to put it nicely. Currently they are trying to force me to not use my own internet service even though its not in the lease and we are locked into my current service. Planned to not care about the lackluster management, but people treating the residents like its a college dorm changed my mind. Will change to 1 star if my experience here gets worse.

If you are looking for an apartment in Stamford, 750 Summer is the place to be. We moved it over a year ago, and it's been a very pleasant experience. The apartments are well maintained and the management team - Jonathan, Miguel and Adam is absolutely amazing. They are prompt to respond and are always looking out for the well being of the tenants. The theater room and the amenities are an added bonus!
